Ruth Turoff brings over 20 years of management experience to the role of Project Director at WORC. Previously, Ruth was Managing Director for an international nonprofit, Chief of Staff for a climate activism startup, and Project Director for an innovative maternal health equity program. She’s a creative, strategic thinker adept at managing multiple stakeholders’ needs and establishing a structured workflow.

Unsurprisingly, her problem solving nature also pervades her non-WORC life, and you’ll often find her working on a crossword or other puzzle at her home in Hastings on Hudson, NY.
