Resources for Full-Time Return-to-Office Transitions

WORC has compiled this list of resources to support companies that are moving from either fully-remote or hybrid work arrangements to full-time onsite. 

Important note: The results of our review indicate that critiques of full-time return-to-office (RTO) appear more frequently than praise, with suggestions that full-time RTO creates a risk of negative business impacts, including increased turnover with negative DEI outcomes (specifically, disproportionate turnover among women).
