Time and again, throughout her extensive career in financial services and human resources, Kimetha experienced how employees and managers drive business outcomes.  Growth, mergers and acquisitions, and technological advances require engaged, focused employees.  With a B.A. in Economics and Sociology from the University of Rochester and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from UChicago Booth, Kimetha enjoys working with teams to develop solutions to help businesses thrive.

In her spare time Kimetha enjoys art, music, and making wine from her vineyard in southwest Michigan.
